Connor was introduced to community service at a young age while volunteering at Cradles to Crayons, Dana Farber, and the Special Olympics.

He participated in Toys for Tots drives every year, collected donations to animal shelters, hosted lemonade stands to benefit Boston Children’s Hospital, participated in fundraisers for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, made and gave away “Kindness Rocks” and also brought dinner with his mother and grandmother to Christopher’s Haven.

Working with Non-profits

From the age of seven, Connor was allowed to independently research and select two nonprofits (annually) to receive $1000 each thanks to an employee directed giving program from his mother’s employer, Cummings Properties.

These experiences educated Connor on the nonprofit sector and more importantly provided Connor with a sense of purpose, community and the good internal feelings we all get from helping others.
