Connor Wright - Founder

Connor is the founder of CKP, a 12- year-old from Lynnfield MA is often balancing his academic life, at Pike School in Andover and his passion for hockey, playing at an elite level for the Boston Junior Eagles. When Covid-19 hit things changed for all of us and Connor has been maturely in tune to contemplate what was happening. After discussions with his mother and grandmother, he decided to find a positive spin and launch a non-profit, Connor’s Kindness Project. His plan is to help children of all ages one project at a time. It is his belief that kindness is contagious and good for your heart and is the act of generosity without expecting praise or reward. In its simplest form, in his words “kindness is being nice just because you care.”

Erica Wright - President

Erica is a resident of Lynnfield, MA and a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She is also a senior manager at Cummings Properties, where she has spent 22 years of her professional career in many capacities. She excels in both the strategic management of difficult client matters and business development.

Most importantly, she is the mother of Connor’s Kindness Project Founder, Connor Wright. Erica will have an active role assisting in making important decisions for Connor’s Kindness Project as she is fully supportive of Connor’s mission to help kids in need.

Sharon Marrama - Executive Director

Sharon, a co-founder of Connor’s Kindness Project, is an educator in the health field at both Middlesex Community College and Brandeis University. She has also been an advocate of kindness and overall well being for years as the owner of a children’s yoga business -Here Comes the Sun Yoga. Sharon is the proud grandmother of Connor, the brains behind the CKP idea. Her goal is to assist Connor in the growth and development of Connor’s Kindness Project, helping him make some executive decisions in the process. Together they are trying to change the world one project at a time.

Lauren Wolf - Board Member

A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, Lauren has worked in the financial services industry for the past 15+ years. As a community volunteer since middle school for varied organizations, Lauren has seen first-hand the impact on philanthropy younger generations set in motion. She resides north of Boston with her husband, two daughters and assortment of pets.

Jill Carrera - Board Member

Jill is a Lynnfield resident, mother of two, wife, and a Partner of a small business in Woburn for the past 12 years. Prior to helping build Wrap Solutions, Jill spent 9 years working in media after graduating from UMass Amherst.

Jill’s time at Wrap Solutions has given her an opportunity to help other small businesses succeed in their communities with creative marketing and branding solutions. Whether it’s media, Wrap Solutions, or personal life, Jill has always prioritized helping others prosper, personally and professionally. She looks forward to connecting more organizations and individuals with Connor’s Kindness Project.

David Harvey - Board Member

David Harvey is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and Woburn High School. Involved in the Woburn Boys and Girls Club and many sports groups as well as a youth, he began his career as sports editor of Woburn Advocate. David currently serves many local businesses with their commercial real estate needs as account manager at Cummings Properties, one of the largest commercial real estate developers and property managers in Greater Boston. Previously, he was a leasing specialist with the firm.

David is an avid wine collector, golfer, and sports enthusiast. He currently lives in Salem, New Hampshire with his wife Martha. The couple has three children, with two in college and one on the National Women’s Hockey team.

Susan Ciccanesi – Board Member

Susan is a licensed attorney in the states of Massachusetts and New Hampshire and currently serves as Counsel at Cummings Properties, LLC, a commercial developer and property management company.

Prior to joining Cummings Properties, Susan practiced real estate law since 1998 at several regional law firms and New Hampshire title companies, and subsequently established a boutique law firm focused on residential real estate conveyancing.

She is a former Board Member to Communitas, a non-profit organization in Wakefield, MA committed to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities – and their families – in Wakefield and the surrounding communities. Also, Susan volunteered for several years on the Lynnfield Business Coalition and helped pair Lynnfield High School juniors and seniors with participating businesses and/or individuals for a day of shadowing where the students experienced learning more about a business or career field in which they expressed an interest.

Having taken some time off from volunteering to concentrate on building her career, Susan is pleased to be helping spread kindness through the actions of this organization and furthering the mission of Connor’s Kindness Project by helping kids in need.

Susan was raised in Reading and now resides in Peabody.
